Road and Rail operations have increasingly become a synergic connection. Our original and backbone operation remains our Intermodal infrastructure in each of our terminals. We maintain valid interchange agreements with all major Equipment Providers and Rail Terminals, as per UIIA guidelines. Our intermodal capacity is matched daily by the biggest actors in this market, both International and Domestic.
Understanding that Intermodal operations vary by customer and by shipment, we complement our power division of road and light-cab units with specialized equipment, such as tri-axle, spread-axle, chassis (to name a few). For a detailed request to match your needs, please contact us.
Our intermodal fleet operates daily out of each terminal, and has a reach of up to 400 miles out. Over the road and long distance intermodal moves can also be arranged, either in solo or team operations, depending on your need. For more details, contact us.
Our two main presences, Chicago, and Omaha, we also provide storage of your containers for any amount of days. Both terminals are secured, manned 24/7, and we can provide interchange receipts at each location. EDI capabilities are coming soon.
The Chicago Terminal is located in the Southwest part of the city, along the Bedford Park railway belt, and in close proximity to the I-55 interstate which connects the city to the Elwood / Joliet area rail terminals, BNSF LPC and UP Global 4. The Terminal is fenced, lighted, and with 24/7 security. Lot size is 4.5 acres, hard paved and available for short and long term wheeled storage. We estimate to have a certified scale on site by end of 2011. Terminal Address is 6500 S. Major Ave, Bedford Park, IL.
The Omaha Terminal is located at 6139 “O” St., Omaha, NE 68117, one mile south of I-80 and 11 miles from UP Council Bluffs. This location is also fenced, lighted and provides 24/7 security. Both terminals have ATL-employed MNR personnel available to work on all roadability issues of any piece of intermodal equipment.
Beginning in early 2011 and by request from some of our customers, we have expanded in an OTR operation with reach throughout the continental United States. Our Canadian partners also guarantee the delivery of your cargo to all Canada as well. Our OTR Operation is serviced with 100% late owner operator, late model, power equipment and company owned dry and reefer 53’ trailers. Drivers with proven experience and safety records are always handy to tap into each operation for your expedited, time-sensitive move.
